Common use of Increment Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Increment Guidelines. A. A maximum of seven (7) years prior teaching and coaching experience will be recognized for salary purposes. B. Prior experience must be in area for which increment is paid. C. If more than one (1) individual agrees to share the responsibilities of a position on the increment schedule, then the increment will be shared by mutual agreement. D. Base: Base amount to be contractual base for that teaching year. E. Sliding scale: B.S. to 20 years. (See below)
