INCREMENT ENTITLEMENT Clause Samples

The "Increment Entitlement" clause establishes a party's right to receive additional benefits, rights, or allocations under certain conditions specified in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances—such as achieving performance milestones, meeting sales targets, or the passage of time—under which the entitlement increases, and may detail the method for calculating the increment. Its core practical function is to provide a clear mechanism for adjusting entitlements over time, ensuring both parties understand when and how increases occur, thereby reducing disputes and promoting fairness.
