Increases in Costs. For each Contract Year after the first Contract Year, AOCPC shall not be (A) adjusted for increased expenses that result from the failure of Seller to act as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, (B) adjusted for extraordinary or catastrophic repair and replacement costs, or (C) adjusted downward in the first three Contract Years or more frequently than three years from any prior downward adjustment.
