Increased Hours Clause Samples

The "Increased Hours" clause defines the terms under which the number of hours worked under an agreement may be increased beyond the original scope. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting and approving additional hours, such as requiring written consent from both parties or specifying how extra hours will be billed. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for handling situations where more work is needed, ensuring both parties agree on compensation and preventing disputes over unauthorized overtime.
