Common use of Increased Coverage Clause in Contracts

Increased Coverage. Upon demand, Tenant shall provide Landlord, at Tenant’s expense, with such reasonable increased amount of existing insurance, and such other insurance as Landlord or Landlord’s lender may reasonably require to afford Landlord and Landlord’s lender adequate protection; provided, however, that Tenant shall not be required under this Paragraph 21.D to increase the amount of its existing insurance more frequently than once during each calendar year, and shall not be required under this Paragraph 21.D to provide additional insurance coverage more frequently than once during each calendar year.
