Increased Capacity. (a) No Increased Capacity shall be developed or implemented by the Owner for any Unit except in accordance with the provisions of Schedule F. Increased Capacity. Should Buyer's requirements for Transition Services cause an increase in Buyer's use, during the Transition Period, of Seller's computing systems capacities, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Buyer of such increased use in order to enable the parties to assess jointly whether to change or continue the practices that have given rise to such increased use. This ensures continuous operation during and after a disaster, reducing downtime and improving service availability.
