Increase or Decrease in Services. The Services will be variable in volume in accordance with and subject to Schedule 5, and HPES will increase or decrease the amount of the Services provided under this Agreement according to Service Recipients’ demand for such Services. The Charges for the Services will vary based on the Service Recipients’ consumption of the Services in accordance with the applicable Charges Methodology. Increases in the volume or consumption of the Services will not be considered New Services.
