Increase Notice as defined in subsection 1.1.7 of the Agreement. Indebtedness — as applied to a Person means, without duplication:

Increase Notice. Except in the case of the initial purchase on the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a properly completed Increase Notice substantially in the form of Attachment 4 not later than 5:00 p.m. on the second Business Day prior to such Increase Date.
