Increase in Capacity Sample Clauses

The "Increase in Capacity" clause allows for the adjustment of the agreed-upon capacity or volume under a contract, typically in response to changing needs or demands. This clause outlines the process by which one party may request an increase, such as providing written notice or meeting certain conditions, and may specify limits or procedures for approval. Its core function is to provide flexibility in contractual arrangements, ensuring that parties can adapt to evolving requirements without renegotiating the entire agreement.
