Incorrect Premium Payment Sample Clauses

Incorrect Premium Payment. Premiums paid in error for a person who is not eligible to be insured, or for a person after his insurance has ceased, will be refunded without interest when requested by the Policyholder. These premiums will not be refunded, however, for more than six (6) Month period or for any period before the last anniversary date.
