Incorrect or Misleading Information. The Debtor has not provided to the Secured Party or permitted to be provided to the Secured Party on his, her or its behalf any certificate, financial statement or other Record that contains any statement of fact that is incorrect or misleading in any material respect or omits to state any fact necessary to make any statement of fact contained therein not incorrect or misleading in any material respect.
Incorrect or Misleading Information. Where a Member or any other person who becomes entitled to be paid a benefit from the Fund furnishes information required pursuant to this Deed which affects or is likely to affect the benefits payable to or in respect of the Member or person and the information supplied is incorrect or misleading or any relevant information is deliberately withheld, the Trustee may in its absolute discretion, but subject always to Relevant Law, alter those benefits in such manner as the Trustee considers appropriate.
