Incorporation of Subordination Provisions of the Indenture. All Loans incurred pursuant to this Agreement are subject to, and each Lender hereby consents and agrees to, the subordination and remedy provisions set forth in Section 13.1 of the Indenture. Article XIII of the Indenture shall be binding upon each Lender as though such sections (and the corresponding defined terms) had been set forth herein in their entirety.
