Common use of Incorporation of Representations Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Representations. The Corporation hereby makes to the Lender the same representations and warranties as are made by the Corporation and set forth in any other Transaction Documents, which representations and warranties, as well as the defined terms contained therein (or in such defined terms), are hereby incorporated by reference with the same effect as if each and every such representation and warranty and defined term were set forth herein in its entirety. No amendment to such representations and warranties or defined terms made pursuant thereto shall be effective to amend such representations and warranties and defined terms as incorporated by reference herein without the consent of Lender.
