Incorporation of Plan Provisions. This Agreement is made pursuant to the Plan and is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the Plan as if the same were fully set forth herein. In the event that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the Plan, the provisions of the Plan shall control. Participant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees that all decisions under and interpretations of the Plan by the Committee shall be final, binding and conclusive upon Participant.
