Incorporation and References. In this Agreement and the Exhibits to this Agreement: (1) the Exhibits to this Agreement are hereby incorporated into and deemed part of this Agreement and all references to this Agreement will include the Exhibits to this Agreement; (2) references to an Exhibit, Section or Article will be to such Exhibit to, or Section or Article of this Agreement unless otherwise provided; (3) references to days will mean calendar days unless otherwise provided; (4) references to any Law will mean references to such Law in changed or supplemented form or to a newly adopted Law replacing a previous Law; and (5) references to and mentions of the word "including" or the phrase "e.g." will mean "including, without limitation."
