Common use of Incorporation and References Clause in Contracts

Incorporation and References. In this Agreement and the Exhibits to this Agreement: (1) the Exhibits to this Agreement shall be incorporated into and deemed part of this Agreement and all references to this Agreement shall include the Exhibits to this Agreement; (2) references to an Exhibit, Section or Article shall be to such Exhibit, Section or Article of this Agreement, unless otherwise provided; (3) references to any Law shall mean references to such Law in changed or supplemented form or to a newly adopted Law replacing a previous Law; and (4) references to and mentions of the word “including” or the phrase “e.g.” shall mean “including, without limitation.”
