Inconveniences Clause Samples

The 'Inconveniences' clause defines how minor disruptions, disturbances, or annoyances that may arise during the performance of a contract are to be addressed. Typically, this clause clarifies that such inconveniences—like noise, dust, or temporary access restrictions—are expected and do not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for compensation. Its core practical function is to set expectations for both parties, ensuring that minor, unavoidable issues do not escalate into disputes or claims, thereby promoting smoother project execution.
Inconveniences. Psychological stress may occur in connection with hectic moments (peaks), giving feedback (supervising interns), having to see or experience patients' suffering as well as when dealing with demanding and/or unpleasant behaviour by patients or visitors.
Inconveniences. We do our best to deliver a clean, well appointed vacation condo, but just like your own home, mishaps sometimes occur. There will be no refunds for any temporary defects or stoppage in utilities like water, electricity, cable or Internet, acts of neighbors such as construction, maintenance or noise, or natural or weather conditions. So long as it is within our control, we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as you make us aware of it.

We understand that there are times in the winter that it snows so heavily that roads shut down, plows are delayed in clearing the driveway, and access to/from the Alpine Villa is extremely difficult. We accept these inconveniences and others that are outside of the owner’s control such as disruptions to power, Internet, phone, waste, water, and garbage removal services.
