Inconsistent Amounts. If a Check’s written and numeric amounts differ, Bank may choose, at its discretion, to credit the written amount of the Check or may instead choose to match the written amount on the accompanying invoice, stamping the Check with “Amount Guarantee” and crediting the written invoice amount instead.
