IncompleteConstruction. In the event the Concessionaire fails to complete the Project by the Scheduled Completion Date,includingany TimeExtensiongrantedunderthisAgreement,theConcessionaireshallendeavor to complete the balance work expeditiously and shall pay Damages to the Authority inaccordance with the provisions of Clause 15.2 for delay of each day until the Project iscompleted inaccordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Recovery of Damages under this Clause shall bewithout prejudice to the rights of the Authority under this Agreement including the right to TerminationunderArticle36.
