INCOMPATIBILITIES. Members of the Examination Board who consider themselves to be in a state of incompatibility inform the Chairperson of this. The Chairperson shall examine the grounds of possible incompatibilities and make a decision. When the Chairperson finds themselves in a situation of incompatibility, they communicate this to the President. He will appoint a substitute if necessary.
INCOMPATIBILITIES. The person that exercises as Compliance Officer may not exercise the position of Executive of the Claims Attention System.
INCOMPATIBILITIES. Company may modify the Products provided that such modification does not materially adversely affect form, design, fit or function as detailed in the Specifications set forth in Attachment A. Company shall notify Siemens of any modifications in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the first delivery of modified Products. Company shall provide Siemens with information at least ninety (90) days prior to delivery of Products with such changes, enhancements, alterations, improvements or other modifications to allow Siemens to evaluate,test and determine any necessary modifications to its equipment or to the Product to ensure the continued marketability of the modified Product by Siemens. The Company and Siemens agree to establish a testing strategy that will minimize the potentiality of Product incompatibility.
INCOMPATIBILITIES. This aid is incompatible with any other assistance from the UdL's own funds, the MECD's Departmental Collaboration Scholarship and the Catalunya-La Pedrera Foundation Masters Scholarship for the same academic period.

Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Testing Capabilities 7.2.2.10.2.1 LIS Acceptance Testing is provided where equipment is available, with the following test lines: seven-digit access to balance (100 type), milliwatt (102 type), nonsynchronous or synchronous, automatic transmission measuring (105 type), data transmission (107 type), loop-around, short circuit, open circuit, and non-inverting digital loop-back (108 type), and such other acceptance testing that may be needed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any).   • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. Products not meeting the requirements of this section will be deemed unacceptable and returned to the Contractor for credit at no charge to the State.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.
