Incode Support Clause Samples

Incode Support. Subject to Company’s timely payment of the Support Fee, Incode shall provide Tier 3 support as set forth herein. Company shall be solely responsible for providing direct, and all other support, to Customers, for the Incode Services. Incode’s software support obligation is limited to the production release of the Software authorized for use by the Company and Company´s Customers. Incode will not be obligated to provide support or maintenance services to any other individuals.
