Incidental. The employer will grant a leave to employees required to attend to union business during normal working hours. Where the leave is required for internal Union business (e.g. conventions, rallies, elections) the employer will ▇▇▇▇ the Union for reimbursement of the time involved. Paid leave will be granted for matters directly involving the employer (e.g. grievance and union-management meetings).
