Incident Notification. Both Parties undertake to notify the other as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event more than 24 hours, after becoming aware of any accident, spill or incident involving the other’s employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors or their equipment, or Company’s Crude Oil at the Terminal and to provide reasonable assistance in investigating the circumstances of the accident, spill or incident. Either Party may change its contact information upon Notice to the other in accordance with this Section 13.03 and Section 15.01. -C 15-
