Incident Detection. Any HCPH staff who become aware of an incident requiring or potentially requiring activation of the ERP are to immediately notify their supervisor. Incidents that meet one or more of the following criteria may potentially lead to activation of the ERP: • Anticipated impact on or involvement of divisions beyond the currently involved division(s), with an expectation for significant, interdivision coordination; • Potential for escalation of either the scope or impact of the incident; • Novel, epidemic or otherwise unique situation that likely requires a greater-than-normal response from HCPH; • Need for resources or support from outside HCPH; • Significant or potentially significant mortality or morbidity; • The incident has required response from other agencies, and it is likely to or has already required response from the local jurisdiction’s health department.

Incident Detection. General Each incident logged by GGO or by Licensor will be allocated an appropriate severity level to it by Licensor, acting reasonably, such that the incident is categorised in terms of the Severity Model described in paragraph 3.1. Priority 1 and Priority 2 Upon detection of any Priority 1 or Priority 2 incident in the Game Platform by either party, the relevant party shall contact the other by the communication format referred to in paragraph 3.5 of this SLA within 30 minutes. All other incidents For all other incidents, each party shall log such incident in accordance with paragraph 3.5 of this SLA.
Incident Detection. Provider must establish and maintain an operational incident detection capability for responding to suspected or known Security Incidents or system breaches, and will develop a clearly documented incident response program, within six (6) months of the date of last signature to this Exhibit B, into its security governance program, which will incorporate a Security Incident response plan including methods to protect evidence of activity from modification or tampering, and to properly allow for the establishment of a chain of custody for evidence.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Incident Event and Communications Management a. Incident Management/Notification of Breach - Transfer Agent shall develop, implement and maintain an incident response plan that specifies actions to be taken when Transfer Agent or one of its subcontractors suspects or detects that a party has gained material unauthorized access to Fund Data or systems or applications containing any Fund Data (the “Response Plan”). Such Response Plan shall include the following:

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING General Office Area: The building shall be equipped with a combination heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. The system shall have ducted supply and return air. The space above the ceiling shall not be used as a supply or return plenum. The systems shall be sized in accordance with the weather conditions identified in Chapter 13, “Energy Conservation” of the 1996 BOCA Building Code and supplemented by the “Building Code Rules”. All HVAC equipment shall be commercial or light industrial grade. If new construction it shall be installed at grade or within mechanical rooms for easy access and maintenance. If existing construction, roof mounted equipment will be considered after all other options have been exhausted, including the elimination of noise and vibration transfer to the structural members. The HVAC systems shall be zoned, with units sized and placed as required by heating and cooling loads on the building. Zoning of systems is dependent on the size, shape and orientation of the building. The HVAC system shall be divided into a minimum of 4 exterior and 1 interior temperature control zones. Return air shall be taken from the area supplied or adjacent to the area in the same temperature control zone. The ventilation and exhaust system shall be sized to maintain a positive pressure throughout the building envelope to limit air and dust infiltration. No HVAC ductwork shall be installed under the floor slab or underground.

  • Heating and Air Conditioning Tenant shall not use any method of heating or air-conditioning, other than that supplied by Landlord, without Landlord’s prior written consent.
