Common use of INCENTIVES PERFORMANCE STANDARD PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

INCENTIVES PERFORMANCE STANDARD PROGRAM. 4.1. The Contractor may earn an incentive payment to reimburse it for a portion of its cost sharing as described in Section 3. 4.1.1. To fulfill the requirements in Exhibit A-3 Statement of Work and earn an incentive payment, the Contractor shall utilize and comply with the County Incentives Program Guide. 4.1.1.1. The Contractor shall utilize the County Incentives Program Guide to find any forms, templates, program contacts or additional information needed to operationalize the Incentives Performance Standard Program referenced throughout this Agreement.
