Incentive Compensation and Bonus Plans. Executive shall become a participant in any incentive compensation or bonus plan adopted by the Board for any highly compensated officers and other significant employees of the Company, such participation to be on such terms as the Compensation Committee of the Board in its discretion shall determine. Any amounts paid or payable to or on behalf of Executive shall be prorated through the Termination Date.
