Incapsulate Materials Clause Samples

The "Incapsulate Materials" clause defines the requirements and procedures for enclosing or protecting materials during a project. Typically, this clause mandates that certain materials—such as insulation, wiring, or hazardous substances—must be properly sealed, covered, or otherwise shielded to prevent damage, contamination, or exposure. For example, it may require that insulation is fully enclosed before other construction activities proceed, or that hazardous materials are contained to avoid health risks. The core function of this clause is to ensure the integrity and safety of materials, protect workers and occupants, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
