Common use of Inapplicability of Tariff Liability Clause in Contracts

Inapplicability of Tariff Liability. VERIZON's general liability, as described in the VERIZON retail tariff, does not extend to SPRINT's customers or any other third party. Liability of VERIZON to SPRINT resulting from any and all causes arising out of services and facilities or any other items relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the liability provisions contained in this Agreement and no other liability whatsoever shall attach to VERIZON. VERIZON shall be liable for the individual services, facilities or elements that it separately provides to SPRINT and shall not be liable for the integration of components combined by SPRINT.
