Common use of Inactivity Fees Clause in Contracts

Inactivity Fees. There is an inactivity fee charged on any share dealing accounts where there are 3 or less transactions executed in the previous quarter (3 months). This fee is 0.25% of the value of the account at the end of the quarter (minimum £50). This equates to a 1% account holding fee for ‘inactive’ accounts.
