INACTIVE DONOR ADVISED FUNDS. In order for the Community Foundation to carry out its mandate to distribute charitable dollars into the community, the Community Foundation periodically monitors fund activity. If the donor advisor has not made a grant recommendation for a two year period, the Community Foundation will contact the advisor(s) to discuss a mutually agreed upon distribution plan to be implemented within a one-year timeframe.
