In-Training and Acting Positions. The Town shall make every effort to use “in- training” positions wherever appropriate. Any person in an “in-training” or “acting” position shall have meeting(s) with the supervisor and an Association representative to devise/review objectives and expectations of the temporary position as well as those desired to fill the permanent position.
