In this Debenture. 1.3.1 any reference to any statute or statutory instrument or any section or part thereof includes any enactment (present or future) replacing or amending it or any instrument, order or regulation made under it and also includes any past statutory provisions (as from time to time modified or re-enacted) which such provision has directly or indirectly replaced;
1.3.2 headings are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the construction of anything in this Agreement;
In this Debenture any reference to a receiver shall be deemed to include a reference to an administrative receiver
In this Debenture. 1.2.1 any reference to a person shall be construed as a reference to any person, firm, company, corporation, government, state or agency of any government or state or any association or partnership (whether or not having separate legal personality) of any two or more of the foregoing;
1.2.2 any reference to any statutory provision, order or regulation shall include reference to any extension, modification, replacement or re-enactment thereof (whether made before or after the date hereof) from time to time in force and all regulations and orders from time to time made thereunder and any analogous provision or rule under any applicable law for the time being in force;
1.2.3 any reference to any agreement or other instrument (including, without limitation, this Debenture) shall be deemed to be a reference to such agreement or instrument as amended, novated or replaced from time to time and all agreements or other instruments supplemental thereto;
1.2.4 words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa and words denoting any gender include all genders;
1.2.5 any reference to a clause or schedule is, unless otherwise stated, a reference to a clause of or schedule to this Debenture;
