In Force Premium. Within 30 days after the commencement of this Agreement, the Company shall render to the Reinsurer a report of the reinsurance premium with respect to the business of the Company in force at the effective time and date of this Agreement, summarizing the reinsurance premium by line of insurance, by term, and by month and year of expiration; and the amount due the Reinsurer shall be remitted with such report.
