Common use of In conjunction with Article Clause in Contracts

In conjunction with Article. where there is a violation of the scheduling provisions pertaining to time off between shifts, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half (1 ½) times her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty subject to Article 16.02.

In conjunction with Article. 15.13, where there is a violation of the scheduling provisions pertaining to time off between shifts, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half (1 ½) times her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty subject to Article 16.02.
