If checked, Seller warrants that a Sewer Lateral Inspection has been performed and that the Sanitary Sewer Lateral is in Compliance with the Ironhouse Regulations and Replacement Program. □ Seller shall provide Buyer with a Compliance Certificate prior to final verification of condition. □ Property is less than 20 years old and Compliance Certificate is not needed.
