IMR. The Cedant and the Reinsurer agree that the Ceded IMR shall be ceded to the Reinsurer.
IMR. 4.1 BYL charges Suppliers a fee for selling Products through the Portal. BYL will share part of the fee it charges the Supplier with you at such rate as BYL may determine at its absolute discretion from time to time (the ‘IMR’).
4.2 Without prejudice to clause 4.1, the IMR may vary depending on the location of the Supplier and the location of your customer as well as the type of product sold.
4.3 Your IMR for the sale of a Product on your IOW will be reduced by any price reduction your give compared to the relevant Product Cost and BYL will be calculate your IMR accordingly.
