Improvement Notice. Where it is deemed necessary by the Parish Council to effect improvements to the accommodation of overall keeping of a hen on any allotment plot, in the interest of welfare of any hen kept, then reasonable notice in writing will be given by the Parish Council to the tenant accordingly (in the case of urgency, immediate rectification may be required).
