Improper Delivery. In addition to other remedies provided by law, Caltech reserves the right to refuse any goods or services and to cancel all or any part of this Contract if Supplier fails to deliver all or any part of the goods or services under this Contract. Acceptance of any part of this order shall not bind Caltech to accept any future shipments nor deprive it of the right to return goods already accepted.
