Imprinter Purchase. If you are not an EDC Merchant, you shall use imprinters acceptable to PRI If you are an EDC Merchant, you shall maintain at least one imprinter for back-up purposes. PRI will arrange for the sale of any reasonable number of imprinters that you require for your own use under this Agreement. The sale price shall be determined in accordance with the information contained in the Merchant Bank Card Application and Agreement and may be debited from your Settlement Account or paid in advance.
