Common use of Impositions Defined Clause in Contracts

Impositions Defined. As used in this Schedule 1, “Impositions” shall mean Taxes (if any), excises, license and permit fees, and other charges of any kind or nature whatsoever, which shall or may during the term be assessed, levied, charged, confirmed or imposed by any Governmental Entity upon or accrue or become a Lien on (a) the Real Property (or any portion(s) thereof), (b) the appurtenances thereto or the sidewalks, streets, or vaults adjacent thereto, (c) the rent and income received by or for the account of ▇▇▇▇▇ from any subleases or for any use or occupancy of the Real Property (or any portion(s) thereof), or (d) any documents to which ▇▇▇▇▇ is a party creating or transferring an interest or estate in the Real Property (or any portion(s) thereof) or other Property.
