Common use of Import/Export Clause in Contracts

Import/Export. The use and dissemination of Information and materials exchanged under this Agreement will be in accordance with all U.S. laws and regulations, including those pertaining to national security and export control. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a license to export Information or to permit any disclosure in violation of law, regulation, or Department of Interior policy. The exporting Collaborator is responsible for obtaining any export licenses that may be required by U.S. Federal law.
