Common use of Implied License Clause in Contracts

Implied License. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing contained herein shall be implied to grant either Party any license with respect to the other Party's Intellectual Property or Tangible Property. It is mutually understood and agreed by the Parties that title to all COLLABORATING ENTITY Intellectual Property and Tangible Property shall remain solely with COLLABORATING ENTITY.
