Common use of Implementing Entities Clause in Contracts

Implementing Entities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Compact, the Program Implementation Agreement, and any other related agreement entered into in connection with this Compact, the Government, through MCA-Jordan, may engage one or more entities of the Government to implement and carry out any Project or Activity (or a component thereof) in furtherance of this Compact (each, an “Implementing Entity”). The appointment of any Implementing Entity will be subject to review and approval by MCC. The Government will ensure that the roles and responsibilities of each Implementing Entity and other appropriate terms are set forth in an agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to MCC (each an “Implementing Entity Agreement”).
