Implementation Services Time Frame. 3.9.1 During the course of planning discussions related to this Agreement, NAVITAIRE acknowledges the Target Date as requested by the Customer for completion of applicable portions of the Implementation Services. The Target Date for completion of the Implementation Services is no later than November, 2007.
