Implementation Process & Customer Service. Contractor will designate a Commonwealth Account Manager to oversee this Contract and serve as the single source of accountability. Contractor will service the Commonwealth’s account as provided in Page 3 of its Technical Submittal (Exhibit E to the Contract). Additionally, Contractor shall provide the account management services and implement the action plan as described in Page 4 of its Technical Submittal.
