Common use of Implementation Planning Clause in Contracts

Implementation Planning. 1. The University shall develop an implementation plan for the action items identified in paragraph 1 of Section G.1, which implementation plan shall be in form and content satisfactory to the Minister in the Minister’s sole discretion and include: a) a clear outline of the activities that will be advanced during the Agreement; b) a detailed timeline, including key milestones and deliverables for each action item; c) information respecting the human, financial, and technological resources required to support the implementation; and d) risks associated with the implementation of the action items, and potential risk mitigation strategies. 2. The University’s implementation plan shall be provided to the Minister on or before June 15, 2025.
