Implementation of Ratemaking. To ensure that all conditions to the Effective Date are met as soon as possible following issuance of the Confirmation Order, as soon as practicable after the Commission decision approving this Agreement, PG&E shall file an advice letter to implement all the rate and tariff changes necessary to implement the Settlement Plan. The Commission shall act promptly on the advice filing and revised rates and tariffs. The Commission shall also review and issue a decision promptly on the merits of any application for rehearing of the approval of the advice filing.
