Implementation of process. 1. Each Party undertakes to participate in and comply with the process for the time being established under Paragraph B2 above, and (subject to Paragraph A5 above) not to make any change to its Charging Statement or modification to its Charging Methodology except in accordance with such process. 2. The process under Paragraph B2 above shall be implemented and administered by the Joint Office.
