IMPLEMENTATION, DURATION, RENEWAL. This Agreement shall become effective upon its signature date by both Parties (the “Entry Into Force”) and shall remain in force and effect thereafter, unless an early termination pursuant to Clause 18 occurs, for a period of twelve (12) years from the Start Date of the Services (the “Initial Period”).
