Common use of Implementation; Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Implementation; Cooperation. The parties shall cooperate in the --------------------------- implementation of tile EC Offerings and will use reasonable efforts to effectuate the promotion of such services and Products on an ongoing basis during the term of this Agreement. The parties agree to jointly develop an implementation plan and to use reasonable efforts to implement such plan for the EC Offerings. The parties agree to continue to cooperate with each other in improving and effectuating such future business plans of Company, as stated in Section 3.4.
